Why this single door bar fridge earns its place
A back-bar cooler is a low-line chilled cabinet made to live behind the bar within reach of the server. The 7527.0005 is the single-door version — just 600 mm wide, 900 mm tall and 520 mm deep — so it slots into tighter bar runs where space is at a premium. In black with a single door, it holds bottled and canned drinks cold at +2 to +10 °C and close to the pour point, so bar staff restock and serve without leaving the station. It is a service fridge first — the priority is speed of access and keeping drinks at serving temperature during trade.
Across a busy session the cooler keeps drinks chilled and ready while the single door limits warm-air loss between grabs. At just 58 kg, it is light enough to move during a fit-out, yet the 520 × 385 mm interior packs meaningful capacity. Sited within the back-bar run, it puts a working stock of drinks at the server's hip so top-ups are quick. The cabinet runs at 60 dB(A) — quiet for front-of-house — and draws just 0.18 kW on a standard 230 V supply. The door locks, so you can restrict access to premium stock between rounds.
As a single-door back-bar unit it is designed to slot into a bar run where a wider cabinet won't fit. The 600 mm width makes it suit tighter configurations. Allow ventilation clearance and room for the door to open in the service area. Confirm the gap it has to fit and the access route before delivery, and plan the electrical point at the siting position. For servicing or a spec check, call Craven Cooling on 01792 732702.
