Why this beer fridge earns its place
The Fagor EERM Series EERM-1 is a single-door back bar cooler finished in black. It is built for the space behind the bar, holding a working run of bottled and canned drinks cold and on hand so staff can restock and serve without walking to the cellar. The dark finish suits a back-bar or servery fit-out where the cabinet needs to blend into the surround rather than stand out.
In day-to-day service it does one job well: keep front-of-house drinks at serving temperature through a busy shift. It is a single-door format with a footprint of 625 mm wide and 565 mm deep, so it takes a defined slot on the back-bar line and keeps 137 litres of chilled stock behind one door for quick access at the till. Two adjustable shelves let you configure the layout to your bottles and glassware. Restock from the front and rotate stock as you go.
Because it is a compact single-door unit weighing just 51 kg, placement matters more than anything. Measure the gap it needs to drop into and check the route in before ordering. The cabinet stands 900 mm tall, runs from a standard 220–240V supply, and uses around 2.91 kWh per 24 hours in normal service. Full dimensions, shelf layout, energy figures and warranty terms are listed in the spec table on this page so you can match it to your bar and your electrics.
