Why this double door upright glass door freezer earns its place
The NF5000G is frozen retail display at shop-floor scale: 930 litres net — 1,149 litres gross — behind two self-closing heated glass doors, with 1.3 m² of display area putting frozen stock in full view. At 1370 mm wide and 2020 mm tall it anchors an aisle or end bay, and the white finish inside and out keeps the packaging, not the cabinet, in front of the customer. Self-closing doors take care of the one thing busy customers forget.
In operation it holds -24 to -12 °C with ventilated cooling, managed by an electronic controller, and defrost is automatic, so the cabinet looks after itself between cleans. The heated door glass is there to keep the view clear, it runs at 53 dB, and its climate class 4 ambient rating specifies it for warm sales areas. Energy class is F at 8,584.8 kWh a year — about £2,146 a year at 25p/kWh, a number worth running against your own tariff before you buy.
Installation planning is mostly a doorway question. The cabinet measures 1370 × 720 × 2020 mm and weighs 258 kg net, arriving packed at 1420 × 770 × 2150 mm, so measure the narrowest point of the delivery route before ordering. Electrically it is simple: 1,000 W on a 220-240 V/50 Hz supply through a standard 13 A plug, running on R290 refrigerant with a 150 g charge.
