Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISA ONESHOW FREE LARGE is a ventilated scoop ice cream display built to keep tubs at scooping temperature while they sell. It presents a 0.59 m² display area behind glass, with a white exterior and a mirror stainless steel interior that reflects and lifts the product. The 1705 mm-wide format is made for a serving counter where customers choose by eye.
It holds -16 to -14 °C using ventilated cooling, which moves air across the display for an even temperature rather than relying on static cold. Automatic hot gas defrost clears frost without a manual routine. The cabinet is rated to climate class 4 and uses R290 refrigerant, and at energy class D it draws 8030 kWh a year — about £2008 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1705 × 740 × 960 mm externally and weighs 280 kg net (325 kg gross), so it needs a solid, level floor. It runs at 220-240 V/50 Hz on a 16 A supply drawing 3500 W, so budget for a dedicated 16 A circuit rather than a standard single socket.
