Why this ventilated cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISA Millennium ST12 is a scoop ice cream display freezer built to present tubs at the counter for direct serving. It carries a white exterior and a stainless-steel interior, with a 0.71 m² display area and 630 litres of gross volume (118 litres net) to keep a working range of flavours in front of the customer.
It holds a display temperature of -20 to -14 °C using ventilated cooling to keep the freezing even across the pans, with automatic hot-gas defrost handling ice build-up without shutting the cabinet down. Noise sits at 54 dB and it is rated climate class 7. On energy class D it draws 1400 W and uses 7237.9 kWh a year — about £1809 a year at 25p/kWh — so it suits a busy, high-turnover site rather than an occasional one.
Externally it measures 1166 mm wide, 1054 mm deep and 1356 mm high, and ships packed at 1200 × 1550 × 1620 mm at 273 kg gross (235 kg net), so plan the delivery route and final position for a heavy cabinet. It runs on a 13-amp 220–240 V supply and uses R290 refrigerant with a 148 g charge.
