The Blizzard LUXE15 is a 15-pan ice cream display freezer built to merchandise and serve frozen desserts straight from the cabinet. The black exterior finish keeps the focus on the product, and the 15-pan layout gives you a wide serving face to show off flavours and colours to customers deciding at the counter. It is a display-and-serve cabinet, sized to put scooping ice cream front and centre.
In use it holds a temperature band of -18 to -12 °C, the working range for keeping ice cream firm enough to display yet scoopable to serve, so flavours stay in serving condition through a trading session. It runs on R290 refrigerant.
On the build side the cabinet measures 1960mm wide, 880mm deep and 1300mm high, so plan the delivery route and counter position around a display face just under two metres wide, and check the depth and height against your service area.
