Why this static cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The ISETTA 6ST is a floor-standing scoop ice cream display freezer sized for smaller service points where the flavour range still needs to be seen. Its 0.36 m² display area lays out a compact but visible pan spread, and the white exterior and interior keep the eye on the tubs rather than the cabinet. It suits a counter where customers choose by sight and expect the ice cream to look freshly filled.
In service the cabinet holds -16 to -14 °C, the band that keeps scoop ice cream firm enough to portion cleanly without turning glassy. Cooling is static and defrost is automatic and electric, so there is no manual defrost cycle to fit around trading hours. It is rated energy class B at 2482 kWh a year, which works out at about £621 a year at 25p/kWh.
Electrically it runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220-240 V, 50 Hz, drawing 810 W, so it does not need a dedicated commercial circuit. Refrigerant is R290 with a 90 g charge, and it is rated to climate class 4. At 119 kg gross and 97 kg net it is a floor-standing unit, so plan the delivery route and final position before it arrives.
