Why this static cooled ice cream display freezer earns its place
The Ice Cream Display Java is a scoop ice cream display freezer: a frozen display cabinet built to present tubs of ice cream for scooping to order. The glazed display front lets customers see the flavours while the cabinet holds them frozen and ready to serve — 355 litres across eight 5-litre tubs — which is what turns a counter of ice cream into an impulse purchase.
It is a static-cooled cabinet, so the freezing is handled by the unit's own refrigeration with no fans blowing across the product. Staff scoop straight from the display through service, and the glazing keeps the flavours visible and the cold air contained between servings. The cabinet holds -24 to -14 °C, the ideal scooping temperature. At just 2 kW rated power, it is very efficient for a display cabinet — much leaner than larger models — which makes it a good fit for smaller outlets or seasonal use.
At 1.18 metres wide and 1.23 metres tall, the Java is a compact counter presence. Plan its position before delivery: a level floor, clearance around the cabinet for airflow and a socket within reach. At 727 mm deep and 85 kg, it is lighter and more nimble than larger displays, so it suits tighter spaces or locations where you want to bring it in and out of service seasonally. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat sources so it holds its frozen temperature, and think about the access route and any doorways on the way to its final spot.
