Why this ice cream machine earns its place
The Synthesis 2 is Carpigiani's modular twin-tank gelato machine, made to produce fresh gelato as a working part of a busy counter. The twin-tank layout means it can run two mixes side by side, so you can offer more than one flavour or product from a single machine. It is aimed at parlours, gelaterias and dessert counters that make product on site rather than buying it in.
In service it is a production machine: mix goes into the tanks and finished gelato is drawn off to order or batched ahead of a rush. Running two tanks lets you keep more than one line going at once, which helps when a single flavour cannot keep up with demand or when you want to offer a choice without a second machine.
As a modular machine, the Synthesis 2 is designed to sit within a production or service area and connect to the appropriate services rather than drop into a display counter. It is 750mm wide and 1000mm tall (just over a metre in height), weighing 180kg, so it needs solid, level floor space and adequate clearance for airflow and servicing. The electrical supply, refrigerant and installation requirements are listed in the specification for this model, and our team can advise on siting, supply and setup before you order.
