Why this ice cream machine earns its place
The GK921 is a Blue Ice T10 table-top soft-serve ice cream machine. Measuring just 698 × 421 × 544 mm and weighing 92 kg, it's the most compact machine in the range, fitting into tight counter spaces where a floor-standing or twin-twist unit wouldn't work. It is built to sit on a worktop rather than take floor space, so a site can add a made-to-order soft-serve line at the counter without committing to a floor-standing machine or heavy electrical demands. That suits kiosks, cafés, parlours and convenience retail where the serving position is tight but a soft-serve offer earns its place.
In use it dispenses soft ice cream to order as a single-flavour machine, so product is served fresh at the counter rather than pre-packed. The hopper holds 8 litres, and the 2000 W power requirement is lower than larger models, making it easier to position on standard circuits. The microprocessor control maintains consistent dispensing throughout service. Output and hopper capacity are worth checking against the covers you expect on a busy day so the machine keeps up through peak service.
As a countertop unit it needs a stable, level worktop that can carry its weight and a suitable electrical supply at the serving position — the power and voltage requirements are given in the specification table, so confirm the supply before installing. At 92 kg it's light enough for careful manual handling on delivery. Craven Cooling can advise on siting and servicing before you order.
