Why this ice cream machine earns its place
The Blue Ice T29 is a table-top soft-serve ice cream machine. It stands on a counter or worktop rather than taking floor space, which keeps it to a compact serving footprint at the point of sale. Measuring 957 mm high × 553 mm wide, it's taller than single-flavour machines but still counter-bound. As a twist machine it dispenses swirled soft serve to order, letting customers choose two flavours together, giving parlours, kiosks and cafés a made-to-serve dessert line without a floor-standing unit.
In service the mix is loaded into the machine via its gravity-feed system, chilled to a serving consistency by microprocessor-controlled cooling, and drawn off to order at the counter. It is built for front-of-house serving where staff dispense on demand across a trading session. At 166 kg it's a substantial machine, so your counter needs to be solid and level, and you'll need help positioning it safely during delivery.
Being a countertop unit it needs a mains socket within reach and adequate power capacity — the machine requires 2400 W at 230V. Check the dimensions and weight in the spec table against your counter depth and structural capability before ordering. Full power, supply and weight figures are set out in that table. Every machine is backed by Craven Cooling's own service and support.
