Why this sliding lid ice cream freezer earns its place
The TEFCOLD IDA600-W1 is a sliding-lid ice cream freezer finished in white RAL9010 inside and out. It holds pre-packed ice cream at frozen temperature, making it a straightforward impulse and top-up cabinet for parlours, kiosks and shops that sell tubs and wrapped lines rather than scooping to order.
In use it runs from -23 to -16 °C and defrosts manually, so the cabinet needs periodic switch-off and clearing rather than an automatic cycle. It carries a climate class 7 rating for operation in warm ambient conditions and runs at 49 dB. Rated energy class D at 989.1 kWh a year, it works out at about £247 a year at 25p/kWh.
The interior measures 1646 × 536 × 688 mm (W×D×H), giving a long, wide loading space for stacked stock. Cooling is by R290 natural refrigerant with a 112 g charge and an input power of 241 W. Craven Cooling can confirm exact positioning and access details before you order.
