Why this sauce & gravy boat earns its place
The Steelite Monaco White Vogue mint boat is an oval serving piece with a 142ml capacity and a white glazed finish. Its alumina vitrified body gives mint service a neat, dedicated format while retaining the lighter, whiter presentation associated with the Monaco White collection.
The manufacturer describes Monaco White as combining the warm whiteness, translucency and sophistication associated with fine china with unique durability. This 5oz Vogue mint boat is intended for a fine dining experience, and its durable body is described as suitable for the rigours of daily use in busy catering establishments.
It is dishwasher safe and freezer safe for straightforward handling between services. Supplied in a 12-pack, it gives caterers a useful quantity of small serving pieces, while Steelite lists a Lifetime Edge Chip warranty.
