Why this dishe earns its place
The Counter Serve range exists for one reason: food on display needs a dish that steps back and lets the food win. At 180 × 194 mm and 2 litres, each dish holds a proper portion without looking sparse, and the rectangular shape sits neat on a counter or buffet line. The white body enhances every food colour, and the design keeps itself simple — no pattern, no character fussing with the plating.
These dishes handle the temperature swing that counter service demands. Porcelain insulates better than melamine and holds hot food warm without drying it out; when you move from hot display to a back-of-house wash, freezer-safe porcelain means you can chill a full dish and pull it ready the next service. Stackable design saves storage space, and at 5.59 kg for four dishes, they handle like proper catering ware, not fragile tableware.
The glaze is durable enough to sit under heat lamps and survive a commercial dishwasher; porcelain doesn't dull or discolour like earthenware does when it's cycled through hot service and cold storage. The 1/6 GN (Gastronorm) capacity is a standard size, so you can swap these into existing counter layouts without rebuilding your display.
