Why this pie dishe earns its place
These are pure white porcelain, which means they read clean on a table and work with any plating scheme. At 134 mm diameter they're proportioned for individual portions — the size you'd use for a gratin, a small tart, or a starter that needs definition without pretension. Porcelain is harder and more chip-resistant than earthenware, which matters when plates get stacked, transported, and washed at pace.
They stack compactly for both storage and warewashing, survive a passthrough dishwasher, and tolerate freezer temperatures. The 6-pack is a working set for a service rotation, and if a piece breaks you can order replacements individually.
