Why this plate earns its place
These 280mm coupe plates are made for dinner service where the plate needs presence as well as a dependable working finish. Their aqua colourway comes from Steelite's Craft collection, inspired by simple country pottery and the rich, lustrous effects produced by hand-applied glazes.
Each plate uses an alumina vitrified ceramic body with a glazed exterior. The manufacturer describes it as stain and thermal-shock resistant, while the natural kiln reactions give the hand-decorated plates an individual look rather than a flat, machine-made appearance.
The 12-pack is easy to organise because the plates are stackable. They are dishwasher safe and freezer safe for practical service routines; Steelite also states that they are microwave safe and covered by a lifetime edge-chip warranty.
