Porcelain is thermal — it holds heat from the pass through plating, keeping food at temperature. At 1kg per plate, it's substantial without becoming a burden across a long shift. Supplied as a 6-pack. The glaze is tough through commercial dishwasher cycles without crazing or marking. White provides a neutral canvas for plating colour and contrast. Stackable design means storage is compact even in a tight kitchen or banqueting prep area.
