Why this vacuum cleaner earns its place

Built from EPP material, the BVL 5/1 BP brings carrying weight down to 4.6kg while keeping the body robust and durable. It is designed for cordless cleaning in narrow spaces, with a 500W output and 5-litre container for places where a conventional upright vacuum is awkward.

An ergonomic carrying frame puts the main controls on the waist strap, and the vacuum ships in separate right- and left-handed layouts so it sits comfortably regardless of the operator's dominant hand. A brushless EC motor is built to resist wear over repeated daily use.

Karcher lists cinemas, planes, buses, trains, office cleaning and stairs as example uses, which is the real point of the backpack format: the machine goes with the operator through tight routes instead of being dragged behind them.
