Why this utensil washer earns its place
The UF-L Energy DE676 is a Winterhalter frontloading utensil washer for large utensils, including GN baking sheets. Its 830mm entry height is the key fit detail: it gives kitchen teams room to load tall, awkward ware that should not be left soaking beside the sink.
This Energy model is cold fill and includes integrated steam heat recovery with exhaust steam extraction. The manufacturer states the purpose plainly: reduced running costs and a cooler working environment, useful in dishwash areas that already run hot through service.
The supplier lists a +60 to +85°C temperature range, 40 racks per hour output and drain-pump drainage. It is a 415V three-phase machine with a rated input listed at 8.4 W, so installation needs to be treated as a proper commercial warewashing project.
