Why this utensil washer earns its place
The Classeq C500 JK981 is a British-built undercounter utensil washer for pot-wash sections that outgrow sink washing but don't have room for a full-size pot washer. The enlarged wash tank takes up to five 1/1 gastronorm trays or chopping boards per cycle, and the dedicated utensil programme extends the wash time to seven minutes for deeper cleans at elevated temperatures.
It runs on a 220-240V single-phase supply with a 6.5kW rated input, with a drain pump, rinse booster and automatic detergent dosing handling the cycle without manual intervention. Click-in wash arms and double filtration keep maintenance quick, and the colour-coded display carries hygiene and service reminders alongside a Bluetooth app for monitoring performance and pulling up guides on-site.
Maximum dish-rack throughput is up to 30 racks an hour, with optional plate baskets extending it to 18 dinner plates a load if the pot-wash section also picks up crockery overflow. The stainless-steel cabinet is 600mm wide, 610mm deep and 850mm high, with a 58.6kg gross weight, energy-saving standby mode and 2 years parts and labour cover.
