Why this utensil washer earns its place
The Classeq C500 JK984 is the three-phase, 13A version of Classeq's water-softener utensil washer, for kitchens in hard-water areas that already run a three-phase supply. The built-in softener protects against limescale, helping prolong machine life and reduce maintenance where untreated water would otherwise build up inside the wash system.
The dedicated utensil programme handles up to five 1/1 gastronorm trays or chopping boards per cycle, with an extended seven-minute wash available when the load needs longer contact time. Integrated rinse booster and detergent pumps, a drain pump and double filtration support a controlled wash process, while click-in, click-out wash arms and moulded rails make routine cleaning quicker for the team.
The colour-coded display carries hygiene reminders, with an optional audible alarm and a Bluetooth app for customising settings, monitoring performance and accessing manuals or videos. Theoretical throughput is up to 8 utensil racks or 30 dish racks an hour, extending to 18 dinner plates per load with optional plate baskets. The stainless steel cabinet measures 850 x 600 x 610mm, weighs 58.6kg gross and carries 2 years parts and labour cover.
