Product description

Cleans pots and pans, cast iron cookware, baking tins, trays and racks with perfect wash results. The double capacity of this Twin model increases the amount that can be washed per cycle. With drain and exhaust heat recovery.

Front Loading operation – 120 / 240 / 360 sec and special cycles
Visiotronic Control – thanks to the large START button combined with a text and graphics display, the machine is easy to operate
Drain Heat Recovery – the energy from the hot waste water is used to heat fresh water up to 45°C before it reaches its final rinse temperature in the boiler, saving up to 6,350 kWh per year
Exhaust Heat Recovery – using energy from the 60°C hot waste steam to heat the incoming fresh water can save up to 5,000kWh per year in energy
CLIP-IN wash and rinse arms – makes cleaning the machine as simple as possible

The Hobart FT120 is the twin version of Hobart's utensil washer, built for sites where the pot-wash is not just a side job. The manufacturer states that the twin format doubles the amount that can be washed per cycle, making it a serious option for kitchens moving regular batches of pots, pans, cast iron cookware, baking tins, trays and racks.

This FT120 variant adds both drain and exhaust heat recovery, so it is the energy-recovery twin in the line-up rather than the standard FT119. A drain pump is specified too, which matters at planning stage because waste routing is part of the installation, not an afterthought.
