The Classeq C500 JK982 is the three-phase, 13A version of Classeq's British-built undercounter utensil washer, for pot-wash sections set up around a 380-415V three-phase supply rather than single phase. The dedicated utensil programme handles up to five 1/1 gastronorm trays or chopping boards per cycle, with an extended seven-minute wash for heavier soiling.
Drain pump, rinse booster and automatic detergent dosing run the cycle without manual dosing, while click-in wash arms and double filtration keep routine cleaning straightforward. The colour-coded display carries hygiene reminders, and the Bluetooth app gives access to performance monitoring and guides on-site.
Theoretical throughput matches the single-phase JK981: up to 8 utensil racks or 30 dish racks an hour, extending to 18 dinner plates per load with the optional plate baskets. The stainless steel cabinet measures 850 x 600 x 610mm, weighs 58.6kg gross and includes energy-saving standby mode between loads. It carries 2 years parts and labour cover.
