Why this utensil washer earns its place
The UF-XL DE677 is Winterhalter's double-width frontloading utensil washer, built for large utensils including GN baking sheets. The manufacturer describes it as 1380mm wide with an 830mm entry height, giving a much more practical loading opening than a standard crockery dishwasher when trays, pans and bakery kit are the daily problem.
It is a hot-fill, three-phase machine running on 415V, with the supplier listing a 9.8 W rated input. Output is stated at 40 racks per hour, which is the figure that matters when a kitchen is trying to clear utensil build-up instead of losing labour to sink washing.
The working temperature range is listed as +60 to +85°C, and drainage is handled by a drain pump. The external size is substantial at 1880 x 1468 x 870mm, so this is a planned warewashing-zone installation rather than a casual undercounter swap.
