Why this dishwasher earns its place

This is the CP500 platform with a built-in water softener: 500x500mm baskets, up to 720 plates/hour across four dishwasher wash cycles plus a utensil programme, or up to 1000 glasses/hour across two glasswasher cycles. The machine is configured on-site as either a dishwasher or a glasswasher, so the same footprint can be matched to the site's main wash load.

The softener matters because untreated medium-to-hard water leaves scale on wash arms, jets and heating elements, degrading wash quality and increasing service risk over time. Click-in/out wash arms and dual filtration are still standard, alongside drain, rinse-boost, detergent and rinse-aid pumps fitted as standard.

This 1PH 30A version is rated at 6.5kW on a 230V supply. The stainless steel cabinet is 635mm wide, 699mm deep and 1939mm high, with a 130kg gross weight, so it needs proper access planning as well as the correct water, drainage and electrical connections. Bluetooth app access covers user guides, machine settings, performance monitoring and service information.
