Why this one earns its place
Cleaning and sanitising in one step saves a step in a busy kitchen, and this Suma D10 super concentrate is built to do both – lifting dirt and grime while dealing with bacteria on surfaces, utensils, chopping boards and equipment. Like the rest of the SmartDose range, the bottle itself controls the dosage, so staff get a consistent, correctly-diluted mix every time rather than guessing a ratio.
Contact time is fast – 30 seconds on light, everyday soiling and 5 minutes where the job is dirtier – which keeps cleaning rounds moving without cutting corners on hygiene. It’s been tested to conform with BS EN 1276 for antibacterial performance and BS EN 14476 for effectiveness against enveloped viruses, giving a documented standard to point to.
Because SmartDose needs no water connection or fixed dosing equipment, it’s a practical fit for smaller kitchens that don’t have room for installed kit, and the bottle is colour-coded to match the rest of the range for quick identification. When it runs down, it refills from the matching 750ml Suma D10 refill bottle (CC116, sold separately).
For a small-footprint kitchen that needs a genuine cleaner-and-sanitiser in one product, with dosing handled automatically and a fast contact time, this is built for exactly that job.

SDS
Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
Guidance summary only — the product label, the current safety data sheet and your own COSHH assessment remain the authority.
