Why this toilet cleaner earns its place
Everyday toilet cleaning and light descaling doesn't need a harsh chemical concentrate, and PVA Hygiene's Toilet Cleaner sachets are built around that idea using their CCS4 technology — a blend of organic acids, biodegradable surfactants and plant-based thickening agents that clean and descale toilet bowls without the environmental cost of a traditional liquid cleaner in a disposable bottle. Each sachet dissolves in water to make a ready-to-use cleaner suited to most common bathroom materials, and it's formulated to be phosphate and palm-free, which matters for sites tightening up their environmental credentials without wanting to compromise on actual cleaning performance.
It also leaves behind a pleasant pine perfume rather than a strong chemical smell. In areas with very hard water, or on toilets that have already been allowed to scale up heavily, this cleaner is designed to be paired with PVA's Toilet Descale Booster (HZ305) for a stronger result — on its own it's built for routine maintenance cleaning and descaling rather than clearing years of built-up scale.
It's also worth noting it isn't recommended for cleaning tile grout, so it should stay to the bowl itself.Supplied as 20 sachets, one per application, it's used with PVA's reusable colour-coded trigger bottle (sold separately as FE772), cutting out disposable plastic bottles and reducing the storage space needed compared with stocking liquid toilet cleaner.

SDS
Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
