THE WORKING VIEW

Why this degreaser earns its place

Not every degreasing job needs a bucket — smaller surfaces and spot cleaning are better suited to a trigger spray, which is exactly what this version of PVA Hygiene's sachets is built for.

Each sachet contains the same unperfumed blend of carbonates, biodegradable chelates and surfactants as the bucket version, designed to lift greasy, food-based soiling from hard surfaces and equipment, just dosed for a reusable trigger bottle instead. It's safe for use on food contact surfaces as well as general hard surfaces around the kitchen, so a single sachet type covers both prep-area spot cleaning and general degreasing without needing a separate product for each.

As with the rest of the PVA range, it's built to meet EN13697, EN1276 and EN1650 standards when used as directed, so the cleaning performance is properly verified rather than assumed. The bigger shift is in the format — dissolving a sachet into an existing reusable trigger bottle replaces buying, storing and disposing of individual plastic spray bottles of degreaser, while also needing far less storage space than equivalent liquid stock.Supplied as 20 sachets, one per application, it's used with PVA's reusable colour-coded trigger bottle (sold separately as FE767), keeping the sachet-and-reusable-bottle system consistent across their whole surface cleaning range.
