Why this degreaser earns its place
GreaseLift's technology is built to actually penetrate tough, baked-on grease rather than sit on top of it, then lift the soil away from the surface – the difference between a genuine clean and just smearing grease around a grill, hood or stove top during a rushed changeover between services.
It's ready to use straight from the trigger bottle, with no mixing or dilution needed, and the trigger mechanism gives fast, accurate dispensing right onto the surface that needs it. That matters on equipment like grill backs and hood interiors, where a hand trigger beats fumbling with a spray bottle and a separate dilution jug mid-shift.
It's formulated not to damage aluminium surfaces and is biodegradable, so it earns its place on equipment a harsher degreaser could mark or discolour over repeated use, and on sites wanting to cut down the environmental load of their chemical stock without giving up cutting power. As a corrosive and irritant product, though, it still needs proper PPE and ventilation in use, and it's odourless rather than releasing the harsh fumes some degreasers do, which matters in an occupied kitchen.
