The Parry Double Door Plate Warmer holds 240 plates at the exact temperature you set, eliminating the scramble for hot crockery during the rush. Load it during prep, set the thermostat, and pull plates throughout service without opening both doors or disturbing the ones behind.
At 1075mm tall, it reaches comfortably above waist height for plating without bending or stretching. The double-door design is crucial—during a 100-cover lunch, you're not wrenching one door open, hunting through stacks, and letting heat escape. Left door for one station, right door for another. The chrome wire shelves keep steam circulating so temperature stays even from shelf to shelf.
It's thermostatically controlled between 0°C and 80°C, so you dial in the exact temperature once and the unit holds it steadily. Stainless steel takes the knock and water of the pass. The 2kW heater plugs into standard 220-240V mains, burning no more power than a couple of kettles. At 29kg, it doesn't need bolting down; move it if you reconfigure the pass.
