Why this plate warmer earns its place
Hot plates aren't just convenience—they're the difference between a smooth service and a bottleneck. This Combisteel plate warmer keeps plates at precisely the right temperature without causing the ceramic to weaken or glaze to crack. The internal dimensions (380 mm wide, 401 mm deep, 620 mm high) fit three full stacks side by side with 155 mm of breathing room between shelves. That spacing matters: it lets heat circulate evenly, preventing the dead zones that turn the bottom stack lukewarm.
Stainless steel 18/8 means it won't rust from steam or dishwasher splashes, and a single solid door keeps the heat where it belongs. The temperature range of +30 to +85°C gives you all the headroom you need—warm enough for fine dining plates (which need at least 65°C), controlled enough that you're not cooking the next course. One 8 kW element does the work without being a power hog.
Built at 850 mm high and just 450 mm wide, it slots into tight line spaces between your pass and the plating station. Compact equipment that pulls its weight in service speed.
