The glass front still shows the food—visibility is the job of any good display. The stainless steel shell still cleans easily and lasts years in a food environment. The temperature management is still reliable, which means your hot-holding procedures stay consistent.
The cabinet suits locations with limited back space but real frontage: a narrow galley kitchen behind a takeaway counter, a prep space that runs the length of a shop but can't extend back far, a kiosk or service hatch where you're working within tight dimensions.
