The BLIZZARD HFG15-3 is the display that does the selling for you. At 1500 mm wide and 1400 mm tall, it commands counter space and makes it impossible to miss what you're offering. Three full tiers of adjustable glass shelves give you flexibility: crowd it with pies on the bottom, feature your premium sandwiches in the middle, stack pastries on top.
The flat double-glazed glass front does the heavy lifting. It looks clean, it's easy to wipe, and crucially, your customers can see every detail of what's for sale without reflections or glare. The rear has double sliding glass doors so your team can load stock and manage the display without exposing everything to the kitchen air. Removable glass doors on both sides mean deep cleaning isn't a battle — you can take them completely off and clean them properly.
LED lighting under each shelf is warm and flattering — it's not just about visibility, it's about making hot food look hot and fresh. The digital temperature controller keeps everything in the +66 °C to +90 °C window, and you can dial it precisely. Drop-in placement means you can position it against the back wall or float it on the sales floor; the rear venting handles both layouts without overheating.
