Why this heated display earns its place
This is the taller sibling of the two-shelf cabinet — same panoramic visibility, extra capacity. The black stainless steel frame with toughened glass front gives it visual weight on the counter; many operations prefer the darker finish because it makes food stand out more against the backdrop. Three shelves, each holding a full 1/1 gastronorm pan, means proper stock rotation during busy periods.
Like the smaller version, the heat is constant and gentle. You set the temperature anywhere from 20 to 90 °C and the thermostat keeps it there. Food doesn't dry out or cool unexpectedly. Pies, pasties, quiches, pizza slices — whatever goes in stays hot and ready from open to close. The extra shelf gives you a proper depth of inventory without needing a second unit.
The cabinet draws 1800 W on a standard 230V plug. At 640 mm high and 35 kg total, it sits comfortably on a working counter. The footprint is the same depth (490 mm) and width (780 mm) as the two-shelf, so you're not asking for extra space.
