Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Parry Mobile 1888 is the small-venue, high-frequency answer to food transport. At 945 × 865 × 625 mm and just 52 kg, it's a cupboard you can move by hand without equipment or ceremony. Unlike larger trolleys that require dedicated routes and planning, the 1888 fits through standard kitchen doors, down tight corridors, and into small function rooms. It's designed to keep 40 plated meals hot—a single table's service, a small private booking, a satellite kitchen feeding a back-of-house or staff area.
The internal dimensions are genuinely usable: 650 mm wide × 730 mm deep × 530 mm high. That's space enough for stacked dinner plates, trays of covered dishes, or mixed prepared food. The heated interior maintains serving temperature throughout the transport time, so meals arrive hot and ready. Stainless steel construction inside and out means easy cleaning between uses and years of durability.
Four strong castors give you mobility without sacrificing stability. A plug park—a holder for the power cable—keeps the cord organised and out of foot traffic during transport. The push bar is positioned for ergonomic maneuvering; one person moves a loaded unit with confidence. Two years' parts and labour warranty covers the working life of a unit that sees daily or high-frequency use.
