Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Flexi-Serve Hot Cupboard with Hot Top and Quartz Gantry adds cooking capability to what's already a flexible servery platform. Below is the heated cupboard holding up to 5 gastronorm pans at temperature. Above is a quartz gantry for keeping plates, servers, and finished plates warm while staff work the pass. In between sits the hot top cooking surface—a working space to finish dishes, keep sauces warm, or hold prepped items during service.
At 1830mm wide and 900mm tall, it's a real counter unit that takes the footprint of a full servery but gives you storage, cooking, and plating surfaces in one run. Like all Flexi-Serve modules, it runs on a single 13-amp plug. Stack multiple units together and feed the entire counter from one electrical supply, giving you the freedom to design exactly the servery you need without rewiring the kitchen.
Glass front and stainless steel construction means the stock inside stays visible while the build stays durable. At 131.5 kg, it's heavier than the basic hot cupboard because of the cooking surface, but it's still moveable and still designed to work individually or as part of a modular counter run. Two-year warranty on parts and labour backs the engineering.
