Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The FC3-PT is a compact version of the full-size Falcon servery, built for tighter spaces and lighter-to-medium service. Three glass-topped pans sit at display height, with a half-height glass sneeze guard across the front and overhead lamps to warm the food and draw customer attention. The stainless-steel cupboard beneath holds 6 × 1/1 GN containers, enough to rotate and refresh the display without constant trips to the kitchen.
Each section runs independently: you can heat just the display pans, shut down the cupboard during quiet periods, and cut energy use when service finishes. The cupboard itself is fan-assisted, distributing heat evenly so held food stays at proper temperature throughout the shift. A fold-up full-width trayslide sits at the front for easy plating and service flow.
The unit stands at 1330 × 1160 × 980 mm—noticeably narrower than the four-pan version—making it ideal for bar-style service, smaller cafés, or school canteens where counter space is at a premium. It rolls on 4 castors (2 braked), weighs 128 kg, and plugs into a standard 13A outlet with 2.5m coiled cable.
