Why this hot cupboard earns its place
Built for the visible service workflow: two glass hot tops sit above a heated cupboard, each running its own temperature dial so you hold different dishes at different heats or kill power to one side during slower service. Each hot top takes a full-size gastronorm (1/1 GN), designed so you transfer food straight from your cooking equipment without reporportioning into smaller containers. The units are independently controlled—run them all, run just the tops, or run just the cupboard underneath. Energy and flexibility in one frame.
The cabinet holds four more full-size gastronorm pans, fan-assisted for even heat distribution across the whole chamber. That's real depth for service—hot food ready on display, buffer stock held safely in the cupboard, and you move between them in one step. The full-height glass sneeze guard and overhead lamps keep both the display and the food-safety inspection happy, and the lamps also help maintain serving temperature.
Mobile on four castors (two braked for stability), supplied with a fold-up tray slide. The unit weighs 101 kg and comes on a 13A plug with a 2.5m coiled cable. Stainless steel and tempered glass take the wear of daily service. 1-year warranty.
