Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Chieftain 3 Well is designed for the harshest kitchen environments — high volume service, split-shift operations, tight spaces behind a serving line. Three separate heated wells hold 1/1 gastronorm trays up to 150 mm deep, each with its own independent heating element so you can run different temperatures in different wells without compromise. The overhead gantry with grid-protected quartz lamps keeps food visible and appetising while it holds, and the separating panels supplied as standard prevent cross-contamination between wells.
Access is smooth and practical: reversible sliding doors glide without sticking, even after years of grease and heat. The whole unit sits on castors, so you can move it during prep or cleaning without needing a forklift. Everything is commercial-grade stainless steel, built to handle 1270 × 1350 mm of floor space and 700 mm of depth — wide enough for a proper servery station, deep enough to work in front of without your arms wrapped round your head.
At 137 kg and with a standard 2-year warranty, this is the kind of kit you buy once and forget about. The Chieftain range has earned its name through durability in hundreds of kitchens.
