Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Ambassador Junior is designed for service points that need hot and cold food handled from the same mobile machine. Its three-level layout puts a bain marie at the top, a hot cupboard in the middle and an ambient or chilled section below, giving the team a clear place for each part of service.
Temperature control is precise, with a digital display and adjustable thermostatic controls. The inclined top control panel keeps operation visible to the person running the trolley, while four swivel castors—two braked—make it practical to position for service and secure when parked.
The lower section can be used for ambient or chilled food when eutectic plates are fitted. Three plates are required and are not supplied, so they need to be planned as part of the setup. The catalogue record lists external dimensions of 900 × 950 × 650 mm, in a silver finish.
