Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Falcon F2HR trolley is built for off-site catering and remote service. It combines a heated oven and chilled storage in one mobile unit, eliminating the need to leave the kitchen to hold and serve food. Both compartments travel on castors with offset steering for tight manoeuvring.
The oven holds 8 × 1/1 GN shelves and divides into up to 3 independent thermal zones, each with its own temperature setting. This lets you cook and hold different menu items at once without compromising their finish. The fridge maintains its own temperature regardless of oven heat, supplied with 4 × 1/1 GN grids and a low global-warming-potential refrigerant. Both are independently controlled, so you pay only for what you're using.
The 7-inch colour touchscreen built into the gantry records HACCP data, logs cooking times, and runs diagnostic checks on the spot. An integrated food probe is supplied as standard. The air-curtain system keeps the doors cool to touch and disperses steam safely; compartment doors lock for security when the trolley is unattended. The gantry includes a heated top surface to keep plates warm, full sneeze screen, and coloured LEDs that signal the operator to current status at a glance. The unit weighs 176 kg and connects via 13A plug with optional single or three-phase alternatives.
