Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The HT2L does one job and does it well: moving hot food safely from the kitchen to wherever you're serving. It's a single heated chamber with segregated rack compartments designed specifically for 1/1 gastronorm containers, so you're not forcing food into spaces it doesn't fit. Ten rack runner positions per compartment, spaced 65 mm apart, let you load covered containers securely — they're held safely and they don't slide around in transit.
The trolley is built to survive the knocks and bumps of service. A reinforced all-round bumper bar protects it from collision damage when you're wheeling it through a busy kitchen or down a narrow corridor. The top features a stainless steel galley rail, so nothing tips off in transit, and the whole thing runs on castors for smooth movement. The power supply is positioned opposite the handle end on this model, keeping cables clear of your push grip and reducing trip hazards.
At 1200 mm high, 1080 mm deep and 700 mm wide, it's a proper-sized unit that holds real volume without being unwieldy to manoeuvre. Two years' warranty covers parts and labour, because a trolley that breaks mid-service isn't an inconvenience — it's a disaster.
