The WD780SN-SS is built for hot food that has to sell itself from the counter. Pastries, pies, pizza portions and wedges all benefit from being visible, warm and easy to reach, and this Roller Grill cabinet gives them a clean black display with light across the cabinet rather than a dull holding box behind the till.
Access is a major part of the design. Customers can serve from the front while staff can load or top up from the rear, with vertical rear doors opening flat so the full width of the cabinet is available. Inside, adjustable shelves let the display be set around the food rather than forcing every product into the same gap.
Heat is circulated through the chamber for consistent holding, while the electronic thermostat gives control over the cabinet environment. The water tray below the element can be used when food quality benefits from added humidity, helping bakes and hot snacks stay more appetising during the selling window.
