Why this heated countertop display earns its place
The BLIZZARD HOTT1 is seriously clever use of space. At just 678 mm wide, 580 mm deep and 698 mm tall, it tucks onto a tight counter, yet the three adjustable chrome shelves hold enough stock to run a proper service. Stainless steel build means it looks professional, cleans easily, and won't rust after a few months of kitchen life.
The rear sliding doors are the key detail. Your customers see the lit display with hot food at eye level. Your team works from behind, loading fresh stock and managing the display without exposing everything to the kitchen. The doors come off completely for cleaning — no wrestling with hinges, no food trapped in corners. The internal humidity pan keeps pastries and fried food looking fresh through the rush, not dried out by constant heating.
Temperature control is simple and precise: the digital controller handles +30 °C up to +90 °C, so you can dial in exactly what you need for pies, pasties, fried chicken, or whatever else you're holding. At 40 dB(A) it's genuinely quiet — it won't dominate a small counter environment. The internal LED illumination has an on/off switch, so you're not running lights when the case is closed during prep time.
