The clever bit is the dual-access design. Front-facing customers see the lit display with 3 adjustable chrome shelves. Behind the counter, your team works from the rear. Both sides have easy-remove doors that come off in seconds for proper cleaning — no awkward angles, no food trapped in corners. That internal humidity pan keeps pastries, pies and fried food looking fresh, not dried out.
Temperature control is simple: a manual thermostat with an analogue display gets you anywhere from +30 °C up to +90 °C. At 40 dB(A) it's quiet enough for counter chat. The internal LED lights pull double duty — they make the food look appetising and you know immediately if a bulb's out.
