Why this heated countertop display earns its place
The BLIZZARD CTH137 is a glass-fronted merchandiser built to stop customers mid-stride. At 645 mm wide, 487 mm deep, and 785 mm tall, it sits perfectly on a counter without dominating the space. The cabinet holds 137 litres of hot food at adjustable temperature from 30 to 90°C—you control the exact warmth via the simple manual thermostat on the front. That wide range works for everything: pies and pasties at the hot end, keeping delicate pastries warm without crisping at the cool end, holding samosas at service temperature.
The display is the star. Hinged glass doors at the rear, front and side glass panels all round—customers see the full range of your prepared food, lit from inside so items look genuinely appetising. Three adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves let you configure the space for small pies, large croissants, or stacked trays. The illuminated front decal box brands the display, and the internal humidity pan keeps food moist so pastry doesn't go stale mid-shift. It's 29 kg, runs on 13amp standard power, and sits at a quiet 40 dB(A)—you won't hear it running even on a busy counter.
Manual controls—simple on/off switches, no fancy electronics. The analogue temperature display shows you at a glance what the cabinet's running at. Easy to use, nothing to debug.
