Why this heat lamp earns its place
The Buffalo Retractable Dome is the solution for displaying hot food where the counter look has to stay polished. The copper finish catches light and reads professional against any till setup. It's compact — just 295 mm tall with a 292 mm dome — so it fits tight takeaway counters, bakery display sections, even narrow convenience-store food stations where space is already tight.
Heat output is 250W at 220–240V, enough to keep food at service temperature without aggressive radiant heat that dries surfaces or cooks the display itself. The dome retracts when you're not holding, so you can slot it into the counter line and pull it out only when you need it. That's the whole appeal: you get the warmth and the appeal, then store it away.
Build is steel throughout — the dome, the mounting. Stainless fittings and solid brass connections mean it handles the moisture and heat-cycle wear that bakeries and takeaways throw at it. Two-year parts and labour warranty covers the heating element and the mechanical bits.
