The RD318 is the broad double-gantry option in this Inomak heated-display group. It is made for longer counter runs where a single gantry is not the right visual or service format, giving a 1790mm wide, 765mm high structure over the base equipment.
Inomak state that the RD318 is designed to fit their hot cupboards, ambient cupboards and open type bain maries. It is also designed to be combined with heating elements and, specifically, accepts XWH19. That is the key buying detail here: this is not just a wide stainless frame, but the matching double gantry for a properly specified Inomak heated counter arrangement.
The construction is high grade AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, according to the manufacturer. For buffet, pass and assisted-service counters, that gives the gantry the right professional finish and cleaning practicality alongside the base unit.
