Why this heat lamps & quartz heater earns its place
The RE311 is the compact single gantry in this Inomak group, built for smaller hot display, bain marie and cupboard runs where a full-width overhead structure would be excessive. At 1090mm wide, it gives a tidy gantry span for a defined counter section rather than forcing the layout around a larger unit.
Its job is to sit with Inomak hot cupboards, ambient cupboards and open type bain maries, and to be combined with heating elements as part of the final counter specification. That makes it a useful choice when you are building or replacing an Inomak service line and need the overhead gantry to match the base equipment, not just the approximate width.
Inomak state high grade AISI 304 stainless steel for the exterior and interior. On a working counter, that matters: the gantry is visible to customers and staff, and it needs to look like part of the equipment, stand up to routine cleaning and suit a professional food-service environment.
