Why this chip scuttle earns its place
The Vizu Server VI003S is built for the practical handover point in a foodservice operation: chips coming out of the fryer, bags being filled, plated meals waiting briefly, and staff working from both sides of the pass. It doubles as a chip scuttle and bagging area while also giving the kitchen a temporary warming space for plated meals.
Heat comes from below and from lamps above, so chips can be held in the dump area while the product remains visible at the service side. The heating features are independently controlled: the bottom heat element, front light and rear lights can be used separately or in combination, letting staff set the unit around the food and the trading period rather than running one fixed mode all day.
The bagging workflow is unusually well thought through. Wrap and chip bag storage sits above the unit and is accessible from both sides, while the optional side-mounted bagging rack is angled back toward the chip dump to help keep chips in position. For a counter that has to serve quickly, those details reduce reaching, searching and mess.
